My name is Cousin Farah I have been investing in the real estate for the last 35 years in different states ,and now I am headquartered in Miami Florida I am located in the Brickell area about half a block from the amazing city center , which consists of apartments commercial Real estate, condominium, Hotels ,Multifamily, rental Offices and shopping attraction. Miami world Center offers energy to Miami and would be operating retail, hospitality, residential, all in one unique location this is where the world meets Miami.

Miami is no doubt becoming a destination and everyone around the world wants to be in Miami I have been living here for the last 30 years and have seen how Miami has transitioned.

When I moved here in the 1980s and I used to go around Miami Beach & other areas looking for investments they had hotels that were offered for $200,000 or less. today that same Hotel is probably priced at $ 10 million.
