Two retail projects planned in the Design District are set to be connected to Dade water and sewer lines.
The first, Stardust West, will include 32,494 square feet of retail space. The project is being designed by NADAAA, according to a Curbed post last year.
Also set to be connected is a 9,898 square foot retail building called Stardust East. Chad Oppenheim is the architect.
Steven Gretenstein signed the agreements on behalf of MDAA Stardust Manager, LLC earlier this month.
